Full-Time Nannies

Our placement fee for securing a nanny is 15% of the nanny’s projected yearly earnings, calculated from the hourly rate and number of hours worked per week. This fee covers our comprehensive matching process, including candidate screening, interviews, and ongoing support to ensure a successful placement.

Newborn Care Specialist & Part-Time Nannies

Our placement fee for securing a Newborn Care Specialist is 17% of the specialist’s projected yearly earnings, calculated from the hourly rate and number of hours worked per week. This fee encompasses our thorough screening and matching process, which includes background checks, in-depth interviews, and ongoing support to ensure a seamless placement.

Option 2 - Ongoing Partnership Series

This three-session series is designed for families seeking continued guidance and structured support over time. Through private virtual sessions scheduled over several weeks, we provide experience-based insight into communication dynamics, expectation clarity, schedule adjustments, and maintaining a professional household environment.
This package allows for deeper discussion, thoughtful refinement of household systems, and ongoing guidance to strengthen long-term alignment between your family and your caregiver. This package is $450.
Option 3 - Premier Household Support Plan

The Premier Household Support Plan is designed for families seeking continued, high-level guidance in maintaining a structured, professional, and long-term working relationship with their caregiver.
This six-session package provides ongoing support around communication refinement, evolving expectations, schedule transitions, compensation discussions, and household structure adjustments. Families receive consistent advisory access over a defined period to ensure alignment, stability, and clarity as their household needs evolve.
This offering is ideal for families navigating growth, transitions, or expanded caregiver responsibilities. The Premier Household Support Plan is $1050.
